Can I cancel or modify an order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you wish to make modifications to your order, please contact us at support@glintsae.com with your order number. We will make every effort to assist you with your request.
Is it possible to update the shipping address for my order?
We can accommodate changes to your shipping address as long as your order has not yet entered the packing process. Please reach out to us promptly via email at support@glintsae.com, providing your name, order number, and the updated shipping address. We will make every effort to update the shipping address before processing your order.
DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping or delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at the moment. However, free delivery is exclusively offered for orders within the UAE that exceed AED 800. Should your order meet this minimum requirement, the free delivery option will be automatically presented to you during the checkout process.
Do you offer international delivery?
Our delivery is currently limited to the GCC.

Return/Exchange Policy
Can I return or exchange an item?
RETURN POLICY:
At GLINTS, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have established the following return policy:
1. Returns for Defective Products: We accept returns only in the event that the product received is defective or damaged. If you believe that the item you have received is defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue promptly and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
2. Verification Process: Before authorizing a return, our team may require photographic evidence or additional information to verify the defect. This process helps us ensure the accuracy of the return request and expedite the resolution.
3. Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused.
4. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement, as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
5. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs associated with the return of defective items will be covered by us.
6.Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
To initiate an item(s) exchange, kindly get in touch with us at support@glintsae.com, and make sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the replacement item(s) you have in mind. Please be aware that exchange requests may not always be feasible due to our efficient order processing times. It's important to note that in the case of an item(s) exchange, customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning and delivering item(s).
